Our Chicken is UK, Human Grade and Red Tractor Approved. It's tasty, it's meaty, and it's from our regular source meaning we do not swap and change our product to keep it consistent for you and your dog.
Our Beef Tripe is super-stinky and just how we like it. We collect this ourselves from a top quality UK site, fresh, and on the day of slaughter, meaning the quality is like no other.

What else is in this tub of goodness? We've also got UK Ox Heart, UK Pig Liver and UK Ox Kidney. Why do we add Ox Heart to our flavours? Because it's an organ meat that is so nutrient-rich it would be silly not to! Jam packed full of Vitamins, Omegas, and more, Ox Heart is great for a healthy heart, healthy eyes, and an even healthier immune system.

Like all our Betsy's flavours, we hand-prepare each and every single drop into our compostable tubs.

Local deliveries are made Monday - Thursday to the following locations:

Burringham, Gunness, Flixborough, Burton Upon Stather, Alkborough. Winterton, Appleby, Barton, Barrow, Goxhill, New Holland, Low Villages (Bonby, Saxby, Worlaby, Horkstow), Wootton, Ulceby, Bigby, Barnetby, Wrawby, Brigg.

Tuesday
Messingham, Scotter, Laughton, Blyton, Gainsborough, Corringham, Hemswell, Kirton.

Wednesday
Scunthorpe, Broughton, Brigg, Hibaldstow, Scawby.

Thursday
Brigg, Scunthorpe, Epworth, Belton, Ealand, Crowle.

Order by 10am for same day delivery, otherwise delivery will be made on the next available local delivery day.

We do not deliver locally on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Raw (frozen) food will be left unless the weather is very hot (we will contact you if we need to reorganise delivery due to the weather).

You are welcome to leave a ice box or cool bag in which we can leave your frozen goods.
Regular customers often leave a labelled or named cool bag which we can take with us and deliver the next order in.

We offer no compensation for food that has thawed - if this is a concern, please feel free to collect the food from our store.

Once your order is placed, it will usually be ready to collect in 2 hours.

You should receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Saturday and 1pm on Sunday will be available for collection the same day.

Collection is from our store at 171 Moorwell Road, Scunthorpe, DN17 2SX during store opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
